Prince Demande
Prince Demande then became obsessed with the Queen and kidnapped Sailor Moon, whom he realized was the same person and kissed her. After waking up in Nemesis she tried (after Demande kissed her) to transform but came to realize the dark energy of the planet had absorbed her powers. However, she managed to escape with her friends and caused the palace to collapse. After losing Sailor Moon, Prince Demande realizes he was simply being used by Wiseman and revolted against him. In the process, Demande was forced to kill his brother and used the Silver Crystal he got from Sailor Moon and another from the future Black Lady to destroy the space-time continuum. His plan was stopped by Sailor Pluto. As he attempted to kill Sailor Moon, she and Tuxedo Mask destroyed him using the Cutie Moon Rod.
Demande first appears in Act 15: Infiltration for the second arch where he serves as one of the primary antagonists. And his last last appearance is in Act 25: Confrontation when he is destroyed by Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Max using the Cutie Moon Rod.

Physical attributes Demande will retain his pale otherworldly coloration; his skin appearing almost porcelain white, with hair seeming to defy the darkness that perpetually surrounds him. When angered or particularly amused his canines will sharpen and become fangs as his nails grow into talons his blue eyes turning red. With anger the black crescent moon on his forehead will also turn red and bleed. His shadow will betray his role in strong lighting, revealing the horns and tail that remain unseen on his body.
Non-physical qualities Harvesting dark and negative energy, Demande will have a connection with the darkness, able to see through it clearly, and seems to be able to manipulate it. Bending shadows and space within the darkness to his will.
Reasoning Myths are meant to represent all of the bad in the universe. They are traditionally selfishly motivated, emotionally distant/cold, greedy, arrogant, inconsiderate, and at times cruel.
Demande portrays each of these qualities throughout the time he appears in the series. He is motivated solely by the desire to his clan rise to power, and to make the Neo Queen Serenity kneel before him at any cost. He remains unattached to those who serve him and even stand next to him, killing his own brother without hesitation when the other did not side with him against Wiseman. Even in his service to Wiseman it was to only further his own goals and agenda, as he turned to attack and destroy the other once their objectives were no longer aligned. Demande is shown to be cruel, arrogant, and inconsiderate in the way that he treats others, kidnapping Usagi and kissing her by force when she's barely able to fight back. Even mocking her inability to transform while within the confines of Nemesis, constantly telling her that she will be his.

The Sailor Moon manga fully titled "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon"' (美少女戦士セーラームーン; Bishojo Senshi Seera Muun) is the story written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi and published by Kodansha. It stars the young middle-school student Usagi Tsukino who discovers the power within herself alongside her friends as they save the world from destruction.
